This complete Sleep Transformation Package is for one to one personal sleep coaching for babies and young children and their families in the UK and Worldwide. It includes in-depth support as long as it takes for your child to reach your chosen sleep goal.
Your child is 6 months – 6 Years old and finding sleep challenging. This package is tailored for parents that wish to follow a very gentle sleep coaching process that can take a some time.
Please book a free 15 minute call in the top right hand corner. After our assessement call, I will send you a history form to fill in so that I can get a good picture of your baby’s health and development and day to day life. We can set up our consultation call once I have received your completed form.
After our consultation call I will fully support you through the process of helping your child improve their sleep.

Your child is 0 months – 6 Years old and finding sleep challenging.

After our assessement call, I will send you a history form to fill in so that I can get a good picture of your baby’s health and development and day to day life. We can set up our consultation call once I have received your completed form.
After our consultation call I will support you for 5 days whilst you implement the gentle sleep plan that we will create together.

In home
This In Home Nap Support package is for infants and young children that are struggling to settle at nap time. I will support you in your home to help you find the best routine and settling techniques that suit your child.
Your child is 5 months – 6 Years old and finding naps and sleep challenging.
Please book a free assessement call by clicking on the button in the top right hand corner, or contact me via email or the WhatApp support button. After our assessement call, we will arrange a date and time for me to come and visit you in your home and help support you through the process of finding the best methods, timings and routine to help your child settle to sleep for their naps and bedtime.
There will be an additional cost for long distance travel that is outside of London, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. Please send me your location if you wish to receive an estimate for the cost of travel to your home.
5 months - 3 years
