Here are some activity ideas that work well as part of the bedtime routine:
• read books
• sing a little song
• talk about the day
• share a few things that you are grateful for
• listen to calming music
• baby/toddler yoga
• bottle or nursing
• play a quiet game
• brush teeth
• role play game including you child’s favourite characters, people or activities.
Just three or four of these will help your child go to bed feeling relaxed and happy.

This is all very new territory for everyone, and our little ones are picking up on everything that we are doing. Even young babies can
