About me

Hi! My name is Elena

I am a Certified Gentle Sleep Coach®

As a mother of two, I fully understand the troubles that sleep deprivation can cause.

My eldest son had difficulty sleeping for a long time and this had a big impact on my family. I spent a long time learning about how I could help him, and in the process I became fascinated by the science of sleep and I was eager to learn more. So I left my job in the city and embarked on a new career as a sleep coach. I wanted to be able to share my knowledge with other parents to help them gain confidence in their knowledge about sleep and find the best ways to help children get the sleep that they need.

I love what I do, and I really hope to help as many parents and children as I can. I find that it is very difficult to be a parent in today's society. There is a lot of contradictory information out there and everyone seems to have a different opinion on how to help your child sleep well. I believe that the best way to help your child is to listen to your child, your heart and your instincts. Of course, it is great to read and learn about the science of sleep and how you can help your child sleep better, but at the same time, I think that it is important to remember that you know yourself and your child better than anyone. Your child and yourself are the best guidebook to follow.
